Happy Tuesday! I know it's an odd day to start a blog, but as they say, no time like the present! So I'm doing the 31 Day Challenge from the Nesting Place (
http://www.thenester.com ) and I'm going to be talking fitness! I know, I know, you're probably like,
but I've already SEEN
fitness blogs! But I'm trying something different! - or at least I think I am. My focus here is just MOVING. No plan, no rigorous method. Just MOVING and getting active, whatever that means. For me, it's primarily putting on some headphones, and dancing like nobody's watching (and if they are, so what!)
So hopefully everyone can bear with me, as I myself find some motivation to get moving and take some movement breaks - goodness knows I need them!
